From a Living Room to a Legacy
Cindy immigrated from Taiwan and settled in Dublin, Ohio with a dream, a sewing machine, and a simple belief: every person deserves clothes that fit like they were made just for them. In 1989, while raising her two young daughters, she began taking in alterations from her living room. By 1992, word had spread enough for Cindy to open the doors to her own shop. That belief hasn't changed — but the thousands of happy customers have grown.
Today, families across Central Ohio trust us with everything from last-minute prom fixes to heirloom wedding gowns. We're still family-run, still hands-on, and still obsessed with getting every stitch right.

How long do alterations take?
Most work is ready within one to two weeks. Need it sooner? Ask about our rush service — we'll do everything we can to meet your deadline.
Do you offer same-day service?
For quick fixes like a popped hem or a button replacement, same-day turnaround is often possible. Just stop by and we'll let you know on the spot.
What should I bring to my fitting?
